Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Computers), Bachelor of Science (Computers) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: Scrum Master must have an excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. Scrum Master also needs to have the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with a mindset on deliverables. What you will do:
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- 4 to 5 years experience
- Technical background
- Based in UAE
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
