The Role of Maths Teachers As a Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and developing students' language skills, critical thinking, and love for reading and writing. You will foster confidence, independence, and a lifelong appreciation for Maths by delivering an engaging and creative curriculum. The successful candidate will be a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to excellence and can deliver lessons that are dynamic, inclusive, and tailored to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners. - Exceptional subject knowledge in Secondary Maths.
- The ability to create a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
- Experience with current UK educational initiatives and developments.
- A passion for teaching and learning, committed to achieving the highest standards.
- The ability to support creative learning and foster 21st-century skills in students.
- Confidence in using technology to enhance and extend learning.
- Experience in using data and assessments to track and support student progress.
- A genuine ability to inspire a love of reading and writing in students.
- Proven ability to teach across key stages.
- Experience teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is desirable but not essential.
