We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Registration and Tender Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing company registrations with government entities in Kuwait and the GCC, coordinating document collection for tender submissions, and identifying potential business opportunities across the web and social media. The ideal candidate should possess strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete and follow up on company registrations with relevant government entities, including CAPT, K-Tendering, KOC, KNPC, JO, KGOC, SAM, and PIC.
  2. Ensure all registrations are current and compliant with local regulations across Kuwait and the GCC.
  3. Collaborate with various divisions to acquire necessary documentation for tender submissions.
  4. Maintain an organized filing system for all registration and tender documents, ensuring timely updates.
  5. Actively research and track potential business opportunities using online platforms and social media.
  6. Communicate relevant opportunities to the Estimation Head, providing insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
  7. Assist the estimation team in preparing technical submissions for tenders.
  8. Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, summarizing key information for internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Manage a varied workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in business registration, tender coordination, or a similar role, ideally within the GCC region.
  3. Strong understanding of government registration processes and tender requirements in Kuwait.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to prepare professional presentations.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
