Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager for a job opportunity in Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role falls within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry and involves overseeing the HR operations and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals. Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives.
  2. Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Kuwait.
  4. Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
  5. Plan and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, training and development initiatives, and career progression plans.
  6. Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare.
  8. Oversee HR administration tasks, including payroll, leave management, and employee records.
  9. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  10. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws in Kuwait. Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
