Client Acquisition

  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to identify and prioritize leads from existing databases.
  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), and industry events.
  • Vet potential clients to ensure alignment with the agency’s services and target market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the CRM.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients across Dubai.

Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic client acquisition.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and pitch decks to showcase the agency’s value proposition.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and align sales efforts with campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) to engage with diverse clients.
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transportation (mandatory for client meetings).
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
