  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for software projects.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  3. Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories that outline the scope, objectives, and functionality of software projects.
  4. Work closely with software developers and quality assurance teams to ensure that solutions are developed and tested according to client requirements and industry best practices.
  5. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding throughout the software development lifecycle.
  6. Assist in the prioritization of features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
  7. Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  8. Provide support and guidance to end-users during system implementation, training, and post-implementation support phases.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and software development.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
  2. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  5. Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
  6. 5-7 years of experience.
  7. Experience in the software industry, particularly in areas such as software product development, SaaS, or IT consulting, is highly desirable.
  8. Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation techniques, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  9. Experience with business analysis tools and techniques such as process modelling, data modelling, and requirements management tools.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
