We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer/Videographer with a valid drone license and extensive experience in real estate photography and videography within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of capturing high-quality visuals for real estate marketing including aerial shots, virtual tours, and promotional videos. A strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial properties is essential. Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties ensuring proper lighting, composition, and visual appeal.
2. Operate drones for aerial photography and videography delivering unique and dynamic perspectives of properties.
3. Edit and enhance photos and videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
4. Collaborate with real estate agents, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging visual content tailored to UAE's real estate market.
5. Ensure compliance with UAE drone regulations and obtain necessary approvals for aerial shoots.
6. Manage and maintain high-end camera equipment, drones, stabilizers, and other accessories to ensure optimal performance.
7. Create virtual tours, walkthrough videos, and promotional materials to enhance property listings.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional photography and videography specifically in real estate within the UAE.
2. Licensed drone operator with thorough knowledge of UAE aviation and drone regulations.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate, commercial, and aerial photography.
4. Expertise in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with real estate agencies and developers.
