Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Shop & Drop Helpers to assist with shopping, packing, and delivering orders efficiently. This role involves helping customers in-store, picking and packing items, and ensuring smooth doorstep deliveries. Key Responsibilities:
Shopping & Customer Assistance
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products.
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to enhance the shopping experience.
Packing & Drop-off
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport.
- Organize and load deliveries efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers' locations.
Stock & Store Support
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Report any stock shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
Operational Efficiency
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate with the team to optimize order fulfillment.
- Use store-provided tools (scanners, apps, etc.) to track and complete tasks.
- Basic knowledge of grocery/retail items.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry medium-weight packages.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting during shifts.
