Preparation of MIS reports and presentations
- Project scheduling and adherence as per NPD targets
- Project coordination with external customer and schedule manager
- Following up with all departments and assuring delivery of tasks
- Tracking of RQF conversion into business
- Review of running tools and project planning as per capacity of the operations
- Ensuring compliance as per EHS, IATF, CQF, Internal standard and their sustainability
- Project Kick-off and scheduling as per requirement
- Presenting monthly progress reports of projects to corporate heads during MRMs
- Following up with external customer on running projects and fulfilling the requirements of the customer
