Hiring for EU & UK - Both Contract & Permanent Roles

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with a mix of technical, business, and airline domain-specific skills to analyze, optimize, and implement eCommerce solutions effectively. Responsibilities:

Business Analysis Skills
1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Conduct stakeholder meetings, write Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification Documents.
2. User Journey Mapping – Understand customer needs and define personas, user flows, and use cases.
3. Stakeholder Management – Engage with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, customer service, and operations.
4. Gap Analysis & Impact Assessment – Identify system deficiencies and recommend improvements.
5. Agile/Scrum Methodologies – Work in sprints, write user stories, and collaborate with product owners to manage tasks, track progress, and document processes.
6. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Identify issues in booking flows, payment failures, or system integration challenges.
7. Communication & Presentation – Translate technical details into business language for stakeholders.
8. Collaboration & Leadership – Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT developers.
Technical Skills
1. Mobile Platforms – Understand differences between iOS, Android, and Cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin) development.
2. Mobile Databases – Basic understanding of SQLite, Firebase, Realm, or cloud-based databases.
3. Mobile App Data Analysis & SQL – Familiarity with Google Analytics for Mobile, Firebase Analytics, and basic understanding of SQL queries to analyze user data.
4. API & Web Services – Understand RESTful APIs, SOAP, and how they interact with third-party systems.
5. KPI Definition & Tracking – Measure mobile app performance through DAU, MAU, retention rate, conversion rate.
6. Mobile App Testing Techniques – Knowledge of manual and automated testing frameworks (Appium, Selenium, Espresso).
7. Cross-Platform Testing – Understand how apps behave across different devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.
Domain Knowledge (Airline Industry & eCommerce)
1. Airline Platforms – Familiarity with airline booking engines, ticketing systems, and digital sales channels.
2. Ancillary Revenue Strategies – Experience with cross-selling, upselling, and bundling services.

Added Advantage:

Knowledge of airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS).
Understanding of airline frequent flyer programs and their integration with eCommerce.
Awareness of NDC (New Distribution Capability), One Order, and airline-specific compliance requirements.
