Summary Description Manage Dubai Hub spare parts operation & arrange supply of spare parts to distributor in a prompt and accurate manner. Key Result Areas

High level of communication with distributors & factories
Part fill ratio & Lead Time Management
Spares forecasting & Inventory control
Operational cost processing, audit and control
Customer Service Delivery

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders for spare parts.
Provide customers with accurate product information, including part numbers, availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, factory, warehouse) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Follow up on back-ordered or out-of-stock parts to keep customers informed of delivery status.
Forecasting of spares based on past consumption trends, new model launch & educating all distributors.
Inventory control system to avoid ageing stock.
Interface with distributor spare parts store executive/manager & ensure their parts needs are being met including PI’s issuing and payments.
Take spare parts orders from distributors & fill them in as fast as possible (Lead time).
Update inventory control system & parts exploded view with price to all distributors.
Notify distributor for spare parts discontinuation & backorder status.
Focus on increase revenue through spare parts & accessories sale.
Prepare and maintain bi-weekly and monthly reports on shipments and status of orders.
Ensure accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, etc.
Accept direction, follow instructions & work well with other people.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and experience of consumer durable industry spare parts management.
Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges under pressure.
Experience or familiarity with inventory management systems like SAP / ORACLE / WMS or able to learn quickly.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse software.
Graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience related to spare parts.
