Lead Generation Specialist

Design Assistance: Help create visual content for a variety of projects from social media graphics to marketing materials, digital assets, and presentations. Support the design team in maintaining consistency with Talabat's brand guidelines across all platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh creative ideas to the table. Administrative Support: Assist the Director and Senior Creative Manager with organizing meetings, managing schedules, and coordinating team activities. Help with tracking project timelines, updating design assets, and ensuring that the team stays on top of deadlines. Prepare presentations, documents, and reports as needed, ensuring they are visually polished and aligned with brand standards. Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, product team, marketers, and stakeholders to help translate ideas into engaging visual content. Provide support during team meetings and creative review sessions. Learning & Growth: Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously develop your skills. Gain experience in using design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others while also learning about the principles of branding, typography, and layout. Have the opportunity to learn about motion design and contribute to simple animations for digital platforms. Qualifications: A curiosity and love for design and creativity with a huge desire to grow and learn in the field. Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (experience with motion design is a plus but not required). Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, especially when supporting senior team members with administrative tasks. Strong communication skills with an openness to feedback and a desire to improve. A collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude toward learning and helping out where needed.
