Responsibilities:

  • Install equipment machinery wiring and software to meet precise specifications.
  • Train and guide team members on installation techniques.
  • Use logical problem-solving to evaluate alternative solutions and select the best approach.
  • Determine the necessary tools and balance costs and benefits for each job.
  • Listen actively, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively for yourself and your team.
  • Identify and resolve operational errors and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
  • Motivate and direct team members while resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of mechanical installation experience including a lead or supervisory role.
  • Approval from ADNOC as Mechanical Foreman is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
