Role: Senior Project/Program ManagersOpen Positions: Senior Project/ Program Manager (2), Project Managers (3)Department: Managed Technology Services DepartmentLocation: RiyadhJob Type: Full TimeResidence Permit: Candidate with existing Saudi iqama will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Manage budget and costs and ensure alignment with the procurement and finance teams.Facilitating agreements on the scope of the project to achieve the desired objectives, and converting them into project plans, including but not limited to time, outputs, resources, risks, communication, performance, and quality.Lead project teams and manage supplier resources.Follow the standards of managing digital and technical affairs projects at the customer site in addition to the best practices in the sector.Ensuring that the implementation of projects is in line with the approved and committed targets.Developing follow-up panels and circulating them to the Department of Digital and Technical Affairs at the customer and other concerned parties.Manage issues and risks and ensure appropriate resolution and escalation processes are taken.Submitting the project outputs according to the date agreed upon with the head of the Institutional Project Management Office, such as the projects charter, updating the plan, issuing meeting minutes, following up on procedures, business requirements documents, IRD, SSD review.Send periodic updates in line with the calendar.The ability to speak and read Arabic.Qualifications and Skills:Candidate should have at least 8-10 years of experience for Senior Project/Program Manager.Project Manager role candidate should have 6-8 years of relevant experience.Skills and certifications may include but are not limited to PMP, PgMP, ITIL, SDLC, Software Development Agile Certified Professional, Scrum Master, Lean Kanban, JIRA.What We BelieveWe have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
