The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales revenue for the company. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales techniques. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.Present product demonstrations, proposals, and pricing to potential customers.Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.Track sales activities, pipeline, and progress using CRM software.Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the sales team.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to detail and follow-up.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.Adaptability and resilience to overcome objections and challenges in the sales process.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
