About our clientJoin a dynamic team at a global investment company based in Abu Dhabi. With a legacy of over seven years, this team are renowned for pioneering enterprise risk frameworks and shaping investment strategies. We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Associate or Vice President to enhance their operational and investment risk management processes. What the job involvesPartner with investment managers to evaluate risk implications post-deal, including CEO succession and product risksModel potential impacts on company performance, revenue, costs, and profitabilityAssess implications on exit strategies and collaborate on strategic decisions with investment teamsConduct operational due diligence and ensure investee companies have robust risk management frameworks in placeEngage consultants as needed for specialised risk assessments and interventionsWho we are looking forBachelor's (and/or) masters degree in a top tier universityStrong background in private markets, with experience in investment risk assessment and portfolio managementProven ability to communicate complex risk concepts effectively to senior stakeholders.Experience with operational due diligence and risk modelling toolsCross-sector experience and adaptability highly valuedSave roleLog in to apply
