Job details

We are looking for a skilled Purchasing/Procurement Officer to buy goods and services necessary for our business. You have the means and opportunity to raise our profits by making the most high-quality and cost-effective purchases.Responsibilities:Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years working experience in Procurement Industry (Facilities / Property Management).Knowledgeable in the Middle East procurement markets and have a wide list of contacts.Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment.Strong project management and leadership skills.Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.Comfortable with figures and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.Solid judgment with the ability to make good decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.If you are a dynamic individual interested in joining our team and contributing to the creation of memorable and technologically advanced experiences, kindly forward your resume to recruitment@mosanada.qa
