- Drive the execution of activities required to implement key strategic change initiatives.
- Develop a Change Management Strategy for the assigned programs detailing the overall change management approach, key activities and outcomes required to land the change successfully and safely.
- Shape, scope and strategies end to end large and often complex change initiatives, advocating for both the business and our customers.
- Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities or program plans.
- Drive ongoing improvements to the change management strategy and ways of working in collaboration with the change management team and Domain Operations Manager.
- Completing key artefacts such as change impact assessments, change plans and change readiness assessment.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the program operates smoothly, building trusted relationships across the business at all levels.
- Act as a leader for junior team members, providing learning and coaching as appropriate.
- Sophisticated understanding of change management practices and large-scale transformation, experience driving and influencing change in a similar environment. Experience with Prosci or Adkar advantageous.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills, is relationship led to understand and manage business challenges, impacts and needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.
- Strong understanding of change/project management practices and large-scale transformation, experience driving and influencing change in a similar environment highly regarded.
- Very strong communication both written and verbal, can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage and leverage key stakeholders and partners.
- Proficiency working in cross functional teams/environments. Exposure/experience to agile working preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt highly regarded.
- Creative problem solving, able to find innovative and unconventional solutions through their expertise and navigate their way through obstacles with confidence.
