Due to the aggressive development of the business, they are looking for an Manager, Internal Audit to further add value to the business from an audit perspective.

Job Description

As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on internal audits: Conduct and lead internal audits alongside team members, adhering to recognized standards like the IIA framework.
• Drive audit excellence: Ensure high-quality audits, prepare clear and concise reports, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to business unit leadership.
• Verify implementation: Follow up on audit results to confirm corrective actions are in place.
• Contribute to reporting: Assist in creating reports for management and the Audit Committee, potentially covering risk management and compliance initiatives.
• Champion team development: Help refine the department's team activities and provide coaching to junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Manager, Internal Audit will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, with a relevant professional qualification like CPA, CIA, or equivalent highly preferred.
• 6 to 9 years of experience, with at least 2 years in external audit (ideally Big 4) and 4+ years of internal audit experience.
• Strong understanding and holistic review of risks and controls within business processes.
• Prior experience in external or internal audit across property construction, development, retail, hospitality, engineering, or food and beverage in Asia is essential.
• Strong understanding of audit and risk management principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia are mandatory. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant advantage.
