ASSISTANT STORE SUPERVISOR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist the Store Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations. • Ensure the store is running efficiently and meeting performance target. • Act as supervisor in their absence. • Support in training, coaching, and supervising store staff. • Assist in scheduling employee shifts and monitoring attendance. • Provide feedback to staff and help resolve workplace issues. • Assist in stock check. • Coordinate with the Store Supervisor for ordering supplies & products. • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. • Assist in preparing reports for the Store Supervisor or management. • Ensure compliance with all financial procedures, such as cash handling. • Communicate regularly with Store Supervisor regarding store performance. • Relay feedback from customers and staff to improve store operations. • Participate in team meetings and provide actionable suggestions. • Responsible for any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time and as and when necessary. REQUIREMENT • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, any field. • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer skills ( e.g., Microsoft Office, email) Interested candidates please submit your application through Jobstore.com
