Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong ability to source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English to communicate with candidates and internal teams.
- Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to be based in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview sessions with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
- Handle employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labour laws.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and coordinating new hire orientation.
- Support other HR functions as needed.
