The Role: Lawyer – Dispute Resolution & Litigation The successful applicant will enjoy working in a busy and energised team, working closely with Directors Rhiannon Saunders and John Hayward. The team provides legal assistance in most areas of dispute resolution and litigation, including:
  1. Body corporate
  2. Building and construction
  3. Consumer claims
  4. Contractual matters
  5. Debt recovery
  6. Defamation
  7. Employment law
  8. Insolvency law
Who we are seeking: The desired skills and experience you will bring to the team include:
  1. At least 1-2 years PAE in at least one of the practice areas noted above
  2. Strong advisory, drafting, and litigation skills (including advocacy)
  3. The ability to work independently and manage client expectations
  4. The ability to accurately manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  5. Drive, enthusiasm, ambition and integrity
  6. Highly developed organisational skills
  7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Whilst we prefer a candidate with at least 1-2 years PAE, we are open to exploring candidates who are recent legal graduates but who possess an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
