Role

CBSE Headmistress / Headmaster high School plays a crucial role in managing the academic operations and maintaining the high standards of education in the school. The purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the high school, ensuring effective teaching and learning, supporting teachers, and ensuring the well-being of students. The person will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including subject leaders, parents, and the administration, to ensure smooth and efficient school operations, as well as leading the effective administration of CBSE examinations.

3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, teachers, and external stakeholders.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to address concerns, both from students and teachers, with professionalism and care.
5. Conflict Resolution: Skill in handling difficult situations with tact and sensitivity, ensuring positive outcomes.
6. Curriculum Knowledge: Deep understanding of CBSE curricula, including examinations and assessment protocols.
7. Technology Proficiency: Comfort with using educational technology and managing systems across departments.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role in a high school setting, with a focus on curriculum management, teacher support, and student well-being.

Board Knowledge:
