Position Overview: This role will involve developing the business, securing new orders, managing client relationships, and overseeing strategy, P&L, safety, and quality. He/She will also be responsible for developing teams and creating a roadmap for both short -term and long- term goals in alignment with the organization’s overall strategy. Job Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical & Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the water sector.
- Proven track record in business development, order acquisition, and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of industrial water processes and technologies, including wastewater treatment, desalination, and process water.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
