Job Summary Role : Sales Leadership Role- Retail / Healthcare/ Life Sciences / BFSI Focused Experience : 18 Years + Work location : Mumbai / Bengaluru/ Trivandrum We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales leader to spearhead our growth within the Retail, Retail / Healthcare/ Life Sciences / BFSI and CPG sectors across North America. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the retail and CPG landscape, coupled with the ability to cultivate and manage strategic relationships at the executive level. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and deal review to negotiation and successful closure. Your responsibilities will include: ● Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute account strategies focused on large enterprise retail and CPG customers in North America. ● Identify and nurture business growth opportunities, leveraging your in-depth industry knowledge and network of C-level contacts. ● Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead complex sales cycles, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing. ● Confidently present Quantiphi's value proposition to C-suite executives. ● Customer-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of each customer's unique business drivers, technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape. ● Articulate how Quantiphi's AI-powered solutions can deliver tangible business value and drive transformative change. ● Relationship Building: Cultivate and expand executive relationships within target accounts, leveraging your existing network and building new connections. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights. ● Collaboration & Partnership: Work collaboratively with internal Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including marketing, solutions architects, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience. Develop and manage relationships with alliance partners to maximize business results. ● Accurate Forecasting & Goal Achievement: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, effectively managing your pipeline and driving consistent achievement of strategic sales goals. ● Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the retail , Retail / Healthcare/ Life Sciences / BFSI and CPG space. ● Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and position Quantiphi as a leader in AI-driven solutions. What is Required You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred. ● Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the retail and CPG industry, with a focus on strategic accounts. ● Established network of C-level relationships within the North American retail and CPG market. ● Deep understanding of retail and CPG business challenges and opportunities, as well as the application of AI and data science to address them. ● Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. ● Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating large enterprise deals. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple stakeholders. ● Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
