Location: Hebbal, Bangalore Experience: 6 months – 2 years Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentives About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with exceptional communication skills to join our team in Hebbal, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business success.
  • Effectively communicate and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Conduct sales meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals successfully.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
