We work with some of the marquee brands like Rio Tinto, Coke and digitally native companies across India, US and APAC to build transformative solutions for Credit Risk, Fraud, Predictive Maintenance, Quality Inspection, Data Lake, IOT analytics etc. Our team comprises of 60+ professionals across Machine Learning, Data Engineering & Cloud expertise with growth forecast of 100% next year. We are partners with AWS and working on building and expanding partnerships with other cloud hyperscalers and data platforms. At this stage of our journey, we are seeking a full-time person in project manager role to lead one or more projects with responsibility to create and manage an overall project plan including budget, schedule and resources. Monitor and report progress and changes against the plan. Ensure a successful implementation by motivating and directing a cross-functional project team comprising delivery team, customers, and partners. Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status. Roles & Responsibilities: Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment to value delivery and get exposure to customers spanning industry verticals like FMCG, Consumer goods, Retail etc. If involved during sales cycle, develop an estimate of effort, time, resources required, and platform sizing needs to help build the SOW Create a detailed project plan and align the stakeholders at customer and our end on the jointly developed project plan, milestones, timelines Ensure the team can work together to accomplish the deliverables and try to mitigate any risks/communicate any deviations from the plan Work with product team to provide suitable resolutions for bugs and enhancement found during project design to deployment stage Provide necessary knowledge transition and documentation, while handing over project to Support services post go-live Continually engage with the customers to manage priorities and expectations, identify new opportunities Provide thought leadership in terms of designs and best practices to the customer and the team Ensure timely and periodic communication with regards to the progress and anticipated concerns to the client In addition to meeting the accepted SLAs, also facilitate improvement and upside (expansion) opportunities post-delivery SW tools used primarily: internal project planning platform, Excel, Project Planning and monitoring tools like Azure Devops, Asana, MPP, JIRA. You have: Prior experience of at least 3 years in PM role in IT consulting industry with overall experience of at least 8 years. Experience of leading offshore team of at least 10 with onsite/offshore collaboration is desired. Should have some enterprise software implementation experience Worked on agile/ hybrid agile methodology - ability to handle short cycle, fast paced implementations Preferably worked with stakeholders above PMs too and not just PMs at customer end. Bonus is of course if the candidate has SCM experience too Should have ERP Implementation. Project management certifications like PMP as desired. Ability to work with and as a true team Structured and organized in working style Planning practitioner’s knowledge Extreme focus on customer value realization Experience working with analytical tools like R will be a plus Pleasant personality with ability to build & nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders in the ecosystem. Go-getter attitude with ability to think through ways and get things done. Strong ownership & commitment towards goals with minimum need for micromanagement.
