Role Description We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Brand Solutions & Sponsorship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in identifying, pitching, and onboarding brands for sponsorships and activations while also managing end-to-end brand strategies and campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing our reputation as a trusted partner for brands. Key responsibilities: 1. Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships:
- Identify potential brands for sponsorships and activations aligned with CosaNostra Live’s events.
- Develop compelling pitches and presentations to onboard brands for collaborations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Research and analyze market trends to develop tailored brand strategies for clients.
- Conceptualise and execute creative brand solutions for sponsorship activations.
- Ensure strategies align with both client goals and event objectives.
- Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables across events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) to ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed post-event reports to sponsors.
- Develop and manage communication plans for sponsors, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sponsor visibility and ROI during activations.
- Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Marketing skills
- Market Research and Communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in event management or entertainment industry is a plus
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
