As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to ensure our new hires are smoothly integrated and set up for success. What You’ll Do: -Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they’re prepared and informed. -Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork to guide new hires through their onboarding tasks. -Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to streamline onboarding for both agents and clients. -Provide regular updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to ensure alignment. -Assist with client onboarding tasks when needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience -1–2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding. -3–5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry. -Virtual Assistant experience is a plus. Skills -Proficiency in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (required). -Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. -Self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively.
