Kneat Graduate Program 2025 - Information Technology Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. And we do it through the ongoing development of a powerful, purpose-built software platform. In 2014, after eight years of intensive software development, we launched Kneat Gx—the world’s most advanced validation software to help revolutionize the speed, precision, transparency, and intelligence of validation in the Life Sciences sector. Our solution is now used by some of the world’s leading Life Sciences companies. Our Graduate program
- Rotate between various teams within the R&D department. You will have the support and resources to gain hands-on knowledge.
- Get together with the rest of the graduates to help build upon both soft and hard skills.
- Develop rounded skills for your career.
- Regular catch-ups and check-ins with your leaders, mentors, and the HR team.
- Our grads will rotate for an 18-month period starting in September 2025 before settling into their chosen area.
- Our offices are based in Castletroy, Co. Limerick. The role will be hybrid.
- You will have the opportunity to rotate within some of the following areas:
- Software Development
- Software Test Engineering
- SaaS Operations
- Business Operations
- You will be graduating in September 2025 with a 1.1 or 2.1 honors degree.
- Having studied computer science, software development, or another IT discipline.
- Must be willing to come on-site to our Limerick office.
- Must be willing to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
