Job Description CubeMatch is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects within a complex financial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical infrastructure, service integration, and security within banking and financial services. This role requires expertise in SFTP, Control-M, S3, Cloud Storage, firewall rules, and Green/Blue/Cloud infrastructure, with a focus on managing vendor relationships, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities
- Service Integration Design – Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to understand business goals and IT service requirements, ensuring seamless integration into the bank's infrastructure.
- Integration Governance – Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards for service integration.
- Vendor & Partner Management – Coordinate and integrate third-party services into existing architectural standards, evaluating and selecting appropriate external solutions when required.
- Security & Compliance – Ensure all solutions adhere to security policies, including data protection, authentication, and authorization.
- Infrastructure Management – Oversee builds, deployments, upgrades, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning.
- Technical Architecture Oversight – Work across business, application, information, infrastructure, and security domains to ensure seamless operation and optimization.
- Documentation & Process Standardization – Maintain comprehensive records of service integration designs, configurations, and procedures to support IT operations and audits.
- Systems Integration & Productionising – Proven experience integrating and managing infrastructure solutions within enterprise environments.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity – Strong understanding of backup, failover, and resilience planning.
- IT Service Delivery & Operations Management – Hands-on experience in managing IT services across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Infrastructure Optimization – Expertise in server infrastructure, SAN, middleware, application hosting, and end-user services.
- Technical Architecture & Security – Deep knowledge of firewall rules, SSL certificates, network security, and middleware infrastructure.
- Infrastructure & Application Tooling – Experience with performance monitoring, automation, and operational tooling.
- Vendor & Partner Management – Ability to work closely with external providers to align with the organization’s IT standards.
- Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Experience – Familiarity with on-prem, cloud, and hybrid solutions within large enterprise environments.
