More About The Role Levy Ireland is now a €40M revenue business and targeting strong growth over the next 3 years, with expected revenues then of €70M. We have grown organically with new contracts and initiatives and through some mergers and acquisitions activity. To support our growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Head of Finance to partner the Levy Ireland MD and the Levy Ireland GM’s (and support the overarching Head of Finance and CFO for Levy UK and Ireland) - to influence the commercial operations of the business. Role This role will have finance responsibility for all Levy venues in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland including new business. The existing venues are as follows:
- Conference & Exhibitions: Convention Centre Dublin
- Racing: Leopardstown, Fairyhouse and The Curragh
- International Rugby: Aviva Stadium Dublin
- Partner the MD and GMs to drive growth, efficiencies, and profit through the business. It will involve using the data we generate from sales and costs to analyse the business to identify opportunities and risk and help the GM’s to deliver them.
- Assess new business opportunities and review bids presented by the Chief Growth Officer to enable the business to grow successfully.
- Financial reporting and control.
- Systems development and integration.
- Qualified - (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to support growth and profitability.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate complex financial concepts.
- Proactive, hands on, influential, and able to drive change.
