The IT Operations Senior Manager oversees the stability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and systems in the financial sector. IT Operations Management: Lead IT teams handling infrastructure, networks, data centers, and service desks. Ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Align IT operations with business goals, drive technology improvements, and manage budgets.
Service Delivery & Support: Oversee IT service management, incident resolution, and vendor relationships.
Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and cybersecurity standards.
Disaster Recovery & Continuity: Develop and maintain recovery plans to minimize disruptions.
Team Leadership: Mentor IT staff, promote skill development, and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, and cloud technologies.
Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
