About the job: Pre-sales Specialist Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in presales, proposal development, or technical sales.
- Experience working with government sector RFPs is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in technical writing (Arabic and English is a plus).
- Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and enterprise IT solutions.
- IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data analytics.
- Application development and cybersecurity concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Oracle, or similar ecosystems.
