As the Security Director at RESO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with the hotel's objectives. This includes assessing potential risks and designing proactive security measures to mitigate threats. - Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in Security Management, 5 years in Facility/Workplace security. Proven leadership experience in security, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic security plans.
- In-depth knowledge of local and national security regulations.
- Ability to oversee and respond to security operations effectively.
