A leading provider in the energy sector is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst (Cyber) to join their Digital Division. This critical role supports the Cyber Security Uplift Program, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will contribute to enhancing security, ensuring compliance, and delivering innovative technical solutions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage functional and non-functional requirements for CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Deliver business analysis artefacts, including user stories, process maps, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and endorse technical and business requirements.
- Conduct process analysis, business casing, and benefits realisation activities.
- Support project delivery using contemporary tools and assist with testing and onboarding processes.
- Develop project documentation such as support plans, transition documents, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legislative, and organisational standards.
- 8+ years of experience in complex business analysis roles in technology or adjacent industries.
- 3+ years of experience in Identity domain, specifically with PAM technologies and CyberArk solutions.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end CyberArk Privileged Cloud or PAS implementations.
- Strong knowledge of security standards (NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM) and frameworks like AESCSF.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation, including business cases and transition plans.
- Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of IAM and IGA technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Ping Identity) is desirable.
- Experience in the utilities or energy industry is a plus.
