About your role We are currently looking to hire Technology Recruiters to join and support a team of Account Managers in Sydney. With an established client base, you’ll focus on placing technology professionals across a wide range of roles. Responsibilities include

1. Supporting Account Managers with sourcing candidates
2. Being a market sector expert within the technology space
3. Nurturing and growing candidate relationships
4. Planning and executing hiring strategies
5. Talent pooling

What you will need to succeed We are looking for a driven, outgoing Technology Recruiter who is passionate about delivering the best service to clients in a consultative style. You’ll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with stakeholders.

1. Recruitment, sourcing, sales, or banking experience
2. You value relationships and understand their importance
3. Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
4. You like working closely with your team as well as independently
5. Target-driven and self-managed
6. Resilient to deal with a fast-paced, competitive market sector
