- Collaborative learning approach with tailored career mapping About our role: Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Director, we have a newly structured role available for a Customer Supply Chain Manager. Located in Scoresby, Lidcombe, or South Brisbane, you will lead collaborative opportunities and drive Supply Chain improvements that are mutually beneficial for internal and external parties. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of 3 Customer Specialists that add value to both our internal and external Supply Chains.
- Ensure internal and customer collaboration efforts meet our customer demand and replenishment needs to maximize customer service in the most cost-effective way.
- Ongoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved and provide visibility to the business on customer KPIs.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements that enhance service and efficiency.
- You have a Bachelor of Business or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5 years in a Customer Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics role in an FMCG environment.
- Proven experience making presentations to internal and external audiences with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the situation, purpose, and audience.
- Continuous improvement mindset, able to identify and lead change.
- Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel; able to quickly grasp the use of different systems and manage infrastructure and system challenges.
- Experience managing others either directly or indirectly (e.g., recruitment, feedback, coaching skills) and a willingness to develop people around you.
