Operational Services, Corporate Services are looking for a Senior Training Coordinator, Operational Services to join their Princess Alexandra Hospital team. The position coordinates, delivers, advises, and supports the training and learning activities for the Operational Services Department. About The Role
- Facilitate the development and provisions of all Operational Services learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training (such as manuals, workbooks, and handouts).
- Ensure the Corporate services mandatory and unit specific training and development practices, policies, and procedures, are compliant with relevant standards and/or compliance requirement.
- Review training and development practices by appropriately identifying education needs (gap analysis), developing training plans, sourcing relevant resources and information, and developing and collating required training materials as requested.
