An exciting opportunity for a Project Supervisor with project management experience to join our Regional Queensland Electrical Distribution Network team. Positions available in Townsville and Rockhampton. What’s on Offer

- Manage the complete life cycle of project delivery including the day-to-day operations of regional delivery teams to deliver Electrical Distribution Networks Powerlines maintenance and construction works
- Foster and encourage a safe and positive culture
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the operation manager to achieve the business plans, budgets, targets, reports and forecasts
- Track and monitor multiple projects or portfolios of work
- Ensure any impacts related to cost, schedule, scope, issues and risk are reported and/or resolved in a timely manner
- Lead, monitor, evaluate and develop services and performance, with a focus on continuous improvements
- Desirable but not essential Electrical Distribution Network experience. The position would be perfect for someone with overall project management skills from the construction, mining, infrastructure series workgroups
- Sound business acumen, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Sufficient hands-on operational experience to build and maintain relationships and credibility across stakeholder groups
- Planning, resourcing and scheduling experience
