Civil Engineers

NDC are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to be part of our innovative, dynamic, and growing civil engineering team based in our Lismore office. This is a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to the variety of significant development projects, flood recovery and public sector infrastructure works.

Key Work Areas:

• Management of multiple urban development projects from inception through to construction
• Liaison and negotiation with Councils and other Authorities
• Consultation with clients and other associated consultants
• Preparation and review of written documents to support planning proposals
• Preparation/Coordination of engineering plans
• Provide technical engineering advice and reviews

Preferred Candidate Qualities:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering;
• Demonstrated 5+ years’ industry experience delivering urban development projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
• Demonstrated strong client relationship management and project management skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and across technical and project delivery aspects;
• A demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislations and standards within NSW;
• Ability to provide excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• A commitment in providing high quality client service.
