You’ll be managing a client base spanning across diversified Business specialisations, providing full Banking solutions for customers across Griffith and surrounding areas. We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team, and home-life. This team works between the office, client sites and remotely. More specifically, you will:
- Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
- Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.
- You will have proven business development skills with success in acquiring new to bank business.
- Pride themselves in building client relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
- Have a strong understanding of the Australian Business landscape.
- Are highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.

- Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the drivers of cash-flow.
