Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Field Staff Training and Instructional Products, in this role you will be responsible for:- Leading the development, delivery, and evaluation of blended, field staff training programs to meet election requirements.
- Managing strategic stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of training programs with operational needs.
- Driving quality and progress across all field staff training programs of work.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of training strategies and instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Providing leadership and support to the Lead, Field Staff Training.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, motivating, and developing teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
