Job Summary We are seeking a Content Annotator (Dutch) to join our team in On-Site in Western Lisbon. This role involves labeling, annotation, and dialogue evaluation to assess and approve content for our project. The team plays a critical role in determining the accuracy of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) by analyzing and categorizing content based on predefined guidelines. Key Responsibilities Annotate and evaluate text data according to given guidelines. Assess the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated dialogue. Identify and flag complex or ambiguous cases. Ensure high attention to detail while adapting to dynamic business requirements. Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency in annotations. Required Skills & Qualifications Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written). Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. High attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines. Adaptability to changing business needs and evolving guidelines. Previous experience in annotation, content evaluation, or a similar role is a plus.
