- Generous salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Discount across 200+ venues in Australia & New Zealand
- Collaborate closely with the venue managers to cultivate beloved, one-of-a-kind brands that captivate local audiences.
- Spot market gaps, seize opportunities, and dazzle with your innovative ideas to drive growth.
- Take the lead in crafting dynamic marketing strategies and curating exciting events calendars for our venues.
- Work closely with our digital, design, and brand teams to craft a seamless online journey for our customers.
- A passion for hospitality is a must in this role
- Minimum of two years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies, with strong financial acumen.
- Technical marketing and digital skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Experience working in high-pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and financial statements.
