- Providing technically accurate, commercially focused and tailored advice and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing private ruling applications, objections correspondence, lodgements and relief applications
- Handling investigations and other compliance activities undertaken by various revenue offices and dealing with disputes with revenue offices
- Building and managing client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Active involvement with the delivery of internal and external training and business development initiatives
- Law and/or accounting degree, with experience in state taxes (i.e. stamp duty, land tax and other associated property taxes), or in a different area which requires interpretation of legislation.
- You are commercially focused, you think strategically, and can work either autonomously or collaboratively in a team.
- You have strong legislative interpretation skills and can craft well written, accurate and practical pieces of advice.
