The Client: Work for one of the nations largest Commercial Real Estate agencies! The Role Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager for the efficient day-to-day operation of the asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical and operational process support
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders
- Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided
- Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals
- Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen
- Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance;
- Experience with NABERS and BEEC - advantageous
- Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling
- Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
