Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product range and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product displays.
- Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience or knowledge of mother and baby products is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
