We are looking for a SaaS Product Manager: We are looking for a strategic and data-driven SaaS Product Manager with a strong background in community building and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will be instrumental in defining product vision, improving customer engagement, and driving growth for the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Community Building: Foster and grow an engaged user community by integrating community-driven features into the product, supporting forums, events, and online platforms.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze user behavior to identify friction points, design experiments, and implement strategies to maximize user acquisition and conversions.
- User Research: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and usability tests to understand user pain points and translate them into actionable product features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and KPIs to monitor product performance, track success metrics, and inform product enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in community building and fostering user engagement.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization, with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Experience with chatbot or AI-driven technologies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Background in digital marketing or growth hacking.
