The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for the functioning, discipline management and growth of the branch. Responsibilities
- Maintain the office management
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Improve the performance of all the employees of the branch
- Ideally business graduate
- Must have 2-4 years of management in education consultancy firm
- Ability to run the business independently and meet targets
